Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor inventory control, stock counts, records, and replenishment of medications and supplies; oversee product expiration dates and appropriate storage conditions to ensure the department remains well-organized and inventory properly stored. * Conduct pharmaceutical evaluation of prescriptions and, when necessary, perform pharmaceutical interventions aimed at minimizing medication errors. * Request and monitor the materials dispensing system—including vaccines—according to requisitions or prescriptions, adhering to each medication’s specific requirements and registration status. * Participate in a multidisciplinary team to discuss cases, providing technical support within one’s area of expertise and contributing to meeting the specific needs of each case per unit guidelines. * Conduct pharmacovigilance activities and ensure adverse drug reactions and events are properly investigated and reported. * Inform and guide healthcare staff and users regarding access to medications under Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS). * Process registration/cancellation and absence declarations with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF), following established regulations. * Collaborate with local Health Surveillance teams to supervise the use of strategic medications, supporting disease management and promoting control of compulsorily notifiable diseases.
