




Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, inventory control, employee management, and verification of controlled medications. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and in-store support 2. Inventory control and management of medications 3. Employee management and resolution of operational issues * Provide counter service to customers and complete transactions by processing payments at the cash register; * Manage medication inventory; * Assist in resolving issues related to health insurance plans, credit cards, invoice cancellations, returns, and other store activities; * Manage employees; * Verify batches of psychotropic and antibiotic medications; * Prepare reports on invoices for incoming psychotropic and antibiotic medications; * Review and sign prescriptions; * SNGPC (National System for Controlled Drugs); * Handle telephone inquiries, identifying customer or branch needs; * Assist with inventory audits (checking expiration dates, pricing, and labels) of medications; * And other duties related to the position.
