Job Summary: A Pharmacy professional responsible for medication dispensing, inventory management, and pharmaceutical care, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Accurate technical guidance during medication dispensing. 2. Rigorous pharmaceutical inventory management, including psychotropic drugs. 3. Implementation of pharmaceutical care procedures and regulatory compliance. #### **Responsibilities** * Dispense medications, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and related products, providing accurate technical guidance to patients regarding dosage, drug interactions, and adverse reactions. * Manage and control pharmaceutical inventory, including psychotropic and antimicrobial drugs, strictly adhering to Ordinance No. 344/98 and the National Pharmaceutical Inventory Control System (SNGPC). * Perform pharmaceutical care procedures, such as pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, medication reconciliation, and clinical parameter monitoring (e.g., blood pressure, capillary glucose). * Ensure compliance with Good Dispensing Practices and other sanitary regulations issued by ANVISA and the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF). * Implement and supervise protocols for proper storage and appropriate disposal of pharmaceutical products, minimizing risks and environmental impacts. * Stay updated on new pharmaceutical techniques and products, contributing to continuous improvement of services provided. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and active, valid registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF). * Solid and up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian sanitary legislation, including RDC No. 44/2009, Ordinance No. 344/98, and operation of the SNGPC. * Ability to manage thermolabile medications and control optimal storage conditions. * Familiarity with prescription validation processes and identification of non-conformities. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** REGIONAL BARRETOS
