Job Mission Ensure operational, commercial, and service excellence at the unit level by leading teams and processes with a focus on results, customer satisfaction, and the pharmacy’s sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, ensuring excellence standards across all processes. Lead teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting continuous alignment. Track KPIs such as sales, margin, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction. Control losses, inventory, product expiration dates, and store layout. Approve purchases jointly with the pharmacist, based on turnover and stock coverage. Conduct internal trainings, team meetings, and promotional activities. Participate in physical inventories and operational audits. Collaborate with HR on recruitment processes and team development. Represent the unit responsibly and proactively within the local community. ✅ What We Expect From You (Job Requirements) **Minimum Education:** Completed High School **Preferred Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields. **Minimum Experience:** 2 years of leadership experience in retail. Differentiators **Preferred Experience:** Knowledge of basic sanitary regulations, loss prevention practices and audits, as well as strong supplier and community relationship skills to strengthen unit management and reputation. **Mandatory Experience:** Experience managing teams, tracking performance indicators (KPIs), direct involvement in inventory, sales, and customer service, plus basic computer proficiency—including ERP and POS systems—to ensure operational efficiency at the unit.
