Dental Clinic – Odonto Excellence Network Employment type: CLT or Service Provider (RPA/PJ), as agreed with the unit Schedule: To be arranged Salary range: Average between R$ 4\.000,00 and R$ 15\.000,00 per month, depending on productivity, working hours, and patient portfolio About the position We seek a committed, ethical, and human-centered professional to work in Orthodontics, performing clinical consultations, evaluations, orthodontic treatment planning, and treatment follow-up, prioritizing excellence in patient care and satisfaction. The professional will work in a structured clinic with administrative support, steady patient flow, and a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities * Conduct orthodontic evaluations; * Develop treatment plans; * Install and maintain orthodontic appliances; * Activate and clinically monitor patients; * Request and analyze radiographic exams; * Update medical records and clinical documentation; * Provide patients with guidance on hygiene and care during treatment; * Collaborate with general dentists and other specialties; * Adhere to internal protocols and clinic regulations. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Dentistry; * Completed or ongoing specialization in Orthodontics; * Active Regional Dental Council (CRO) registration; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Professional organization and responsibility; * Commercial mindset and ability to convert evaluations into treatments will be considered a plus; * Prior experience in the field is a plus. Additional information Compensation may be structured as: * Fixed salary \+ productivity bonus; or * Percentage of procedures performed. Amounts vary depending on number of working days, clinical output, and unit demand. No medical report is required during the selection process.
