Attractive benefits package and compensation **Job Description:** **Position:** Operator II Location: Mogi Mirim/SP **Job Responsibilities:** Perform activities as required by respective departments to ensure planned production volume, efficiency, 5S, productivity, loss levels, and other KPIs in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental policies. Demonstrate behaviors (MLCs and Supply Capabilities) to contribute to the team and Mars Petcare business. What are we looking for? * Completed High School education – mandatory; * Completed Technical Course (certified by MEC with 1200 hours of instruction) in related fields – mandatory; * Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment – mandatory; * Experience with SAP; * Knowledge of Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) is desirable; * Familiarity with Lean methodologies is desirable: Ishikawa, PDCA, TP, SMED, Kaizen, 5S; * Basic Excel knowledge is desirable; * Availability for shift work: T1 (overnight), T2 (morning), and T3 (afternoon); * We seek an innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well-being of our end consumers. What would be your main responsibilities? * Responsible for monitoring PCC and PPRO within your area of responsibility; * Perform workplace organization and cleaning tasks in accordance with the existing cleaning plan and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; * Carry out activities following Safety Rules and prioritizing Mars’ four focus standards (working at heights, hot work, mobile equipment, and LOTO); * Perform activities ensuring Food Safety by adhering to Quality Rules.
