Focus on the well-being of end consumers. **Job Description:** **Position:** Operator I **Location:** Mogi Mirim/SP **Job Responsibilities:** Perform activities as required by respective departments to ensure scheduled production volume, efficiency, 5S, productivity, loss levels, and other KPIs aligned with quality, safety, and environmental policies. Demonstrate behaviors (MLCs and Supply Capabilities) to support both the team and Mars Petcare’s business objectives. What Are We Looking For? * Completed High School education – mandatory; * Completed Technical Course (certified by MEC, covering 1,200 hours of instruction) in related fields – mandatory; * Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment – mandatory; * Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is desirable; * Familiarity with Lean methodologies: Ishikawa, PDCA, TP, SMED, Kaizen, 5S is desirable; * Basic Excel knowledge is desirable; * Availability for shift work: T1 (night shift), T2 (morning shift), and T3 (afternoon shift); * We seek an innovative candidate with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well-being of our end consumers. What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities? * Responsible for operating and maintaining equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Perform area-related tasks following Safety Rules and prioritizing Mars’ four focus standards (working at heights, hot work, mobile equipment, and LOTO); * Act proactively and swiftly to resolve difficulties, prevent and/or solve problems; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workplace performance indicators through involvement in continuous improvement teams.
