In this Operator I position in Cotia/SP, work takes place on modern packaging lines, with strong operational discipline, team collaboration, and practical application of Lean and cGMP concepts. It is an opportunity to learn, propose improvements, develop technical skills, and actively participate in the evolution of our processes! **Accountabilities:** * Ensure the 5S standard on packaging lines, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and proper area identification. * Strictly execute packaging processes and steps according to Manuals, Standards, and Operating Procedures, aligned with cGMP principles. * Report potential non-conformance issues, perform reprocessing, review, and sampling of defective products per the current operating procedure. * Propose and conduct reviews of current documentation, ensuring compliance with updated instructions. * Clean equipment, maintaining an organized and properly identified area. * Perform confirmation and/or release of cleaning for packaging lines. * Operate and adjust primary and secondary packaging machines under supervision of Operator II. * Execute setup card activities, except for format and tooling-related activities involving the blister machine and cartoner. * Perform line release, when necessary, under supervision of immediate supervisor or Operator II, as well as execute in-process control. * Conduct equipment inspections and lubrication for packaging line equipment, excluding the blister machine and cartoner, per the monthly TPM schedule, with supervision from Operator II when required. * Operate the Prodwin system on packaging lines. * Dispose of and render waste unidentifiable per the current procedure, using the waste shredder to prevent improper reuse. * Assist in physical receipt of materials, supporting the route as needed. * Monitor material losses and continuously act to reduce them. * Identify equipment and facility maintenance issues involved in production processes, issuing Service Orders for repair. * Perform daily verification of packaging scales and desiccator cleaning. * Maintain the function's training matrix up-to-date, completing all trainings within the established deadlines. * Continuously propose process improvements by completing and implementing ideas on simplification cards. **Essential Skills/Experience:** * Completed High School; * Availability to work the 3rd shift (10:30 PM to 6:30 AM); * Prior experience with equipment and solid dosage form packaging; * Experience with TPM and GMP (preferred); * Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food companies.
