Your moment has arrived—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Provide assistance and support to drivers during product transportation—delivering finished goods and raw materials between the factory and CDDs (Distribution Centers) and vice versa—with the aim of ensuring compliance with customer requirements and guidelines set in the application that defines TR (Route Time), thereby supporting operational stability, goal achievement, and result maximization. * Hand over shifts to align information. * Input and stratify data into an IT system and update internal control spreadsheets. * Conduct daily interviews with drivers, recording key information. * Send trip schedules to drivers via WhatsApp. * Review fleet status and organize available trailers. * Work in full compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Completed High School. * Preferred: Currently pursuing Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in logistics * Courses and Knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate Excel * Geographic regions * Transportation and Logistics * Transportation routing—route planning **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
