Your moment has arrived—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Assist and support drivers throughout their trips and during the transportation of finished products and raw materials from the factory to CDDs and/or vice\-versa, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and guidelines established in the application that defines TR (Route Time), thereby contributing to operational stability, goal achievement, and result maximization. * Exchange shifts to align information. * Categorize information in an automated system and update internal control spreadsheets. * Conduct daily interviews with drivers, recording key data. * Send trip schedules to drivers via WhatsApp. * Review fleet status and organize available trailers. * Comply with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Completed High School. * Preferred: Currently pursuing Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in logistics * Courses and Knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate Excel * Geographic regions * Transportation and Logistics * Transportation routing \- route planning **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
