Dare to go beyond with us. **A Day in the Life of an OMC:** **Responsibilities:** Perform masonry, plaster, and flooring restoration activities, as well as surface preparation for painting; Conduct inspections in restrooms, sewage and stormwater boxes, and water reservoirs to anticipate potential issues; Perform repairs on hydraulic circuits and welding of PVC and copper piping; Record water and chlorine consumption readings from water meters in systems; Carry out tasks such as layout changes, and movement of furniture and equipment related to your work area; Maintain and ensure the cleanliness, preservation, and operational readiness of tools, machinery, materials, and equipment used in your area of responsibility. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on power panels, electrical controls, and other energy-related building equipment; assess component replacement and adjustment needs; and conduct functional testing. What will make you successful? **Education:** NR-10 certification / courses in maintenance (preferred). **Required Experience:** Experience in routine maintenance tasks. Completed elementary education. **Work Location:** Itu Vocational training.
