Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer the EPM system (OEE Online) and evaluate primary causes of unplanned line stoppages with measurement; * Coordinate actions to achieve targets for supported areas; * Monitor internal projects; * Deliver corporate training on Lean tools and OEE/EPM; * Prepare reports for clients and requesting departments; * Perform measurements, data analysis, and monitoring of improvement projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or Administration. * Knowledge of process mapping and improvement; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; * Familiarity with process documentation tools (ARPO, ARIS, VISIO, BIZAGI); * Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Green Belt certification; * Willingness to travel occasionally; * Availability to work Monday through Friday in Itapira/SP from 08:00 – 17:00\.
