Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing maintenance and conservation of highway systems, including hydraulic, electrical, and masonry work, in compliance with safety standards and company values. Perform general maintenance and conservation activities on assets belonging to the highway system, including restoration and implementation of building maintenance elements involving hydraulic, electrical, and masonry work, fully complying with all company-established standards. Act in accordance with organizational values. **Responsibilities and Duties** Inspect equipment conditions prior to commencing activities; Use personal and collective protective equipment provided by the company and designated for the activity; Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance (adjustments, replacement of cutting devices, refueling), always observing Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations; Identify potential obstacles on the premises, such as slopes, holes, solid materials, and other debris that could cause accidents or damage equipment; Remain vigilant during operations regarding the approach of people or animals within the unsafe radius distance to prevent them from contacting the cutting material or objects that may be ejected; Maintain a safe distance from colleagues while performing duties to avoid possible accidents; Carry out construction work using masonry, concrete, and other materials; Specify and calculate materials required for construction projects; Perform minor erosion repairs, install gutters inside and outside platforms, fabricate collection covers and boxes, construct grates, plastering, masonry work, and repair or replace pipes; Perform maintenance on bus stops, pedestrian bridges, and monuments; Repair and/or maintain fences; Perform pothole patching on premises perimeters during rainy periods and/or whenever necessary; Assist in coupling and uncoupling of implements; Handle movement and transportation of non-hazardous solid waste, collect and deliver general cargo; Clean the team’s vehicle and assemble/disassemble living areas; Load trucks with materials and tools required for signage services, and assist in unloading and organizing materials in the warehouse; Occasional use of welding equipment; Occasionally assist with other engineering services; Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues, contributing relevant topics pertinent to your team and other participating teams; Occasionally apply herbicides on paved areas, provided you are duly trained for this activity; Immediately report any workplace accidents occurring at service fronts to your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Completion of elementary education preferred; **EXPERIENCE** * Experience preferred as a general services assistant, metalworking assistant, official, or laborer; **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Mandatory compliance with NRs 12, 18, and 35. * Driver’s license category B preferred. **SKILLS** * Results-oriented; * Owner’s mindset; * Teamwork; * Safety and Operational Efficiency; * Ethical behavior; **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours * Work location: Marília/SP * Administrative shift **BENEFITS** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or food allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
