If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining our company, come work with us! **Key responsibilities include**: * Conducting fieldwork alongside operations to identify potential hazards and anticipate actions to mitigate potential workplace accident risks; * Preparing Accident Communication Forms (CAT) and performing root cause analysis when required; * Participating in CIPA and Fire Brigade processes and meetings, collaborating to improve the SSMA system; * Promoting educational campaigns, SIPATMA, and applying DSS to raise awareness and prevent occupational accidents and diseases, as well as protect the environment; * Managing ASO, PPEs, and engineering controls (EPCs) at the branch, monitoring SSMA indicators, and addressing non-conformities; * Ability to develop and deliver training to employees—including onboarding and other SSMA-related topics—and lead emergency drills; * Experience with tools such as Work Permits, Preliminary Risk Analysis, Hazard and Damage Identification, and Environmental Aspects and Impacts Assessment; * Managing license renewal processes, including AVCB, environmental licenses, and others; requesting necessary revisions of technical reports and legal documents such as PGR, PCMSO, environmental monitoring reports, and others; * Managing issuance of MTR, RAPPI, CADRI, pest control records, and other environmental and sanitary documents; * Supporting the branch in achieving compliance with legal requirements and Regulatory Norms (NRs). **Job Requirements:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in factory/warehouse/distribution center operational safety preferred; * Familiarity with SOC software preferred; * Instructor certification for NRs preferred; * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards preferred; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: BRL 4.295,44 **Benefits:** * Chartered transportation for residents of Campos do Jordão and Taubaté; * Meal allowance: BRL 282; * 80% of Unimed health plan covered by the company; * Dental plan; * Gas allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy allowance; * Annual profit-sharing (PLR); * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting from BRL 4.295,44 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
