Job Summary: We are seeking a Test Driver to operate and evaluate heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring proper functionality after maintenance and identifying faults. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for repair and service validation. **Position: Test Driver** **Description:** We are looking for a Test Driver to operate and evaluate heavy-duty vehicles, such as trucks and buses, ensuring they are in optimal working condition following maintenance or repair services. This professional will play a critical role in fault identification and technical vehicle validation. **Responsibilities:** * Operate heavy-duty vehicles (trucks and buses) during functional tests, evaluating performance, stability, safety, and overall condition. * Conduct pre-test and post-test inspections to identify potential faults and report them to the technical team. * Ensure all tests comply with company and manufacturer safety standards and procedures. * Support technicians and mechanics in validating repairs and services performed. * Provide technical feedback to continuously improve maintenance and service processes. **Main Activities:** * Perform road tests on vehicles after maintenance or repair services. * Evaluate engine, brake, transmission, suspension, and electronic systems performance. * Record observations regarding vehicle behavior and any faults in technical reports. * Immediately inform supervisors of any irregularities detected during tests. * Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety rules. * Maintain vehicles used in testing in good condition. * Keep the workplace clean and organized at all times. * Work in accordance with company standards related to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Driver's license category D. * Prior experience as a truck or heavy-duty vehicle driver. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics or maintenance is desirable. * Strong reading and interpretation skills for technical reports. * Responsibility and discipline. * Attention and concentration. * Clear and concise communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and collaboration with the technical team. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, during business hours. **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria. * Pharmacy benefit plan. * Medical assistance. * Food basket. * Life insurance. * Transportation allowance
