If you seek challenges, value ethics and respect, possess an owner’s mindset, and believe that together we are stronger, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** * Review and update product and grading tables for assigned brands, fitting garments on fit models and making necessary adjustments based on established standard measurements to ensure consistency across all lines. * Conduct fit sessions for all lines to enable suppliers to implement required changes and correct production with support from the Senior Pattern Maker. * Validate control garments against established tables for their development and send necessary corrections to suppliers to approve production. * Provide daily support to suppliers, Purchasing, and Design teams via e\-mail, WhatsApp, and phone calls to resolve potential questions during garment correction processes. * Visit Caedu stores to verify product deliveries from all brands, supporting suppliers in addressing deficiencies during production development. * Visit competitor stores to analyze garment measurements by size, ensuring consistent sizing and informing future developments. * Upload all tables to the Portal for Quality Control’s production verification, ensuring product delivery aligns with line specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must have:** * Fashion Technology degree and pattern-making courses. * Microsoft Office Suite. * Technical Competencies: Fabric drape knowledge, cutting and sewing, fabric consumption (layout), technical garment processes (laundry, shrinkage), fashion terminology in English, and fashion technical drawing. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Profit Sharing (PLR) (per internal policy) Birthday Day Off Caedu Product Discount Educational Partnerships SESC Agreement Pharmacy Agreement Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
