**DESCRIPTION**: The **Diesel Engine Mechanic** develops mechanical maintenance plans for diesel engines, systems, and components of road motor vehicles, diagnosing faults and identifying required work to estimate execution time, quote services, and request materials. Confirms the maintenance plan with the client and with the material supplier. Selects equipment, tools, and instruments according to the work to be performed. Removes and disassembles the engine, performs dimensional inspection of parts, and sends parts for reconditioning. Assembles and reinstalls the engine, performing valve adjustments. Removes the transmission system, cleans filters, and reinstalls the system. Adjusts mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. Regulates and bleeds the brake system. Drains fuel line filters. Regulates the ignition and injection systems. Adjusts wheel hubs. Lubricates suspension joints. Aligns and replaces steering system arms. Replaces parts across various systems of road motor vehicles powered by diesel, identifying parts with manufacturing defects or wear due to usage, to replace suspension assemblies and other components such as the compressor, alternator, and water pump. **REQUIREMENTS**: Relevant work experience (minimum 6 months to 1 year) Reside in Cabreúva or surrounding area Flexible working hours Prior experience working with buses is a plus Driver's license (CNH) 11 97589\-8322\- Interested candidates should send their resumes via WhatsApp Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
