Now, let us tell you more about the **Marketing Assistant** position within the **Financial Cycle** area—and how you can help build the future with us. **\#JoinTenda** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Handle administrative/financial routines of the department, including issuing invoices, creating purchase requisitions, monitoring payments, and general controls; * Support budgeting for graphic, visual, and event-related demands of the department; * Work in the Marketing area by visiting the company’s points of sale (PDVs) and restocking promotional materials; * Guide PDVs on optimal usage and display of materials and products; maintain relationships with PDVs and act as an intermediary between customer needs and the company; * Assist sales teams in customer acquisition and, through marketing initiatives, contribute to increasing sales volume.
