Join us to transform the health of thousands of people! **Website** http://clinicafares.com.br **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on clinic facilities, ensuring full functionality of building structures. * Carry out work on **electrical systems**, including lamp and socket replacements, circuit breaker changes, and minor wiring repairs. * Conduct **plumbing maintenance**, such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, valves, and other sanitary fixtures. * Perform repairs in **masonry** and **drywall**, including plastering, painting, and assembly/disassembly of partitions. * Respond promptly to technical service requests and collaborate to maintain a safe and medically appropriate environment. * Support inventory control of materials and tools used in maintenance, ensuring proper equipment upkeep. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Proven experience in building maintenance with practical knowledge in **plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and drywall**. * Prior experience in **medical clinics or hospitals** is desirable (a plus). * Proactive profile with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to independently and efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Commitment to workplace safety, hygiene, and organization. **Additional Information** **Salary:** R$ 3\.124,02 **Vacancies for the unit:** Santo Amaro **Work schedule: alternating weeks.** * **Weeks without Saturday work:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. * **Weeks with Saturday work:** Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Schedules may vary according to unit needs.** ** **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Basic Food Basket Dental Plan Childcare Assistance for children up to 6 years old Gympass Pharmacy Benefit Program University Tuition Discount Corporate University SESC Access Discount Plan for Clínica Fares Services (extended to dependents) Partner Optician Discount Join us and make a difference!
