Identifies and reports maintenance needs Main Responsibilities: * Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance (electrical, plumbing, furniture); * Support conservation and cleaning of common areas; * Transport materials, documents, and equipment between departments; * Identify and report maintenance needs. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of general maintenance; * Proactivity and responsibility; * Organization and willingness to perform operational tasks.
