JOB MISSION: Responsible for physical counting, inventory control, and handling of active products—including unloading pallets from trucks and trailers, registering materials in the inventory system via radio frequency, and making them available to Internal Assistants. Responsible for storing pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using a forklift, in compliance with company safety rules and policies. May perform internal truck maneuvering when required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure removal of product pallets and make them available to Internal Assistants to fulfill orders. Ensure storage of pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using a forklift, adhering to company safety rules and policies, aiming to facilitate loading of pickup trucks. Ensure loading and unloading of pallets from trucks and their storage in the product warehouse, arranging older stock in front of newly delivered goods to implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO), ensuring products with earlier production dates reach the market sooner than newer ones. Perform daily forklift checklist to maintain equipment in operational condition and report maintenance needs. Ensure LPG refueling of forklifts—only if authorized for this task—to guarantee process safety. Conduct product and material verification during vehicle entry and exit, executing relevant operational procedures to confirm order compliance with the Invoice. Inspect returned containers in route vehicles, ensuring drivers follow the verification procedure to prevent inventory discrepancies. Identify and report daily breakages occurring on routes, in the yard, during exchanges, or pickups, to ensure inventory data accuracy. Perform daily and monthly inventory counts per predefined procedures, enabling immediate identification and action upon detecting any discrepancies. Perform internal vehicle maneuvering to position vehicles correctly for smooth loading. Contribute to maintaining trucks in good condition through regular vehicle cleaning. Guide proper cargo distribution across the truck body, ensuring axle balance and cargo security. Support the loading process by separating and moving products. Promote and disseminate SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) culture, striving for a safer workplace based on internal norms, guidelines, and procedures, always focusing on risk awareness and prevention. Perform loading and unloading of finished products and rotating assets transferred from other units or plants. Perform daily inventory of heavy merchandising assets (tables, chairs, refrigerators). Ensure physical integrity of products and assets during movement within the warehouse. Apply handling and storage procedures according to the Product and Material Handling and Storage Manual (a regulatory document). Identify and report bottle waste during sorting processes.
