Join us in building a cleaner future! \#LI\-Onsite **Role Summary** -------------------- Oversee planning, organization, control, and management of logistics operations at ***MANN\+HUMMEL***'s filter manufacturing plant in Indaiatuba, ensuring efficient integration among Customer Service, Materials Planning, Logistics Engineering/New Projects, and Physical Logistics—including receiving, warehousing, line feeding, internal material handling, and shipping. Strategically and collaboratively engage with International Trade and Production Planning departments to ensure customer satisfaction, material availability, appropriate inventory levels, optimization of logistics costs, and operational excellence in compliance with corporate policies, quality, safety, and environmental requirements. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Oversee factory logistics performance indicators, focusing on OTIF, logistics costs, inventory levels, stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and service to internal and external customers. * Lead the Customer Service team, ensuring accurate processing of customer demand, order tracking, priority management, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to meet delivery commitments. * Manage Materials Planning, ensuring component and raw material availability to support production plans, controlling inventory levels, analyzing supply risks, and executing action plans to mitigate shortages. * Coordinate Logistics Engineering and New Projects activities, promoting development of layouts, logistics flows, packaging, material handling processes, capacity studies, and implementation of improvements to support new products, transfers, and process changes. * Manage all physical logistics operations of the plant—including receiving, inspection, warehousing, line feeding, internal material handling, order picking, shipping, and transportation management—ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to established deadlines. * Ensure seamless integration among logistics, production, procurement, quality, sales, International Trade, and Production Planning—aligning priorities, resolving operational constraints, and improving end-to-end supply chain flow. * Monitor and control logistics operating costs—including labor, freight, warehousing, material handling, packaging, third-party services, and other departmental expenses—and propose productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives. * Manage inventory levels per corporate policies and business needs, monitoring stock coverage, critical items, obsolete materials, cycle counts, and accuracy of physical and system inventory balances. * Define and review logistics processes, operational standards, control routines, and departmental KPIs—ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, quality, compliance, and supply chain best practices. * Actively participate in planning and execution of new projects, product launches, product changes, localizations, transfers, and industrial improvements—ensuring logistics impacts are assessed, planned, and effectively implemented. * Develop and monitor continuous improvement action plans for Customer Service, planning, warehousing, line feeding, shipping, and transportation processes—leveraging data, KPIs, and management tools to sustain results. * Manage, develop, and guide in-house and/or outsourced logistics teams—promoting training, engagement, operational discipline, safety, goal achievement, and leadership development. * Ensure compliance with internal HSE, quality, asset security, and environmental standards—guaranteeing safe, sustainable, and policy-compliant logistics operations. * Perform other duties related to the scope of this role, as directed by senior management and business needs. **Qualifications** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. * Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related areas is desirable. * Solid experience in industrial logistics management, preferably in automotive, high-volume manufacturing, or operations involving highly complex material requirements. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams—including Customer Service, Materials Planning, physical operations, Logistics Engineering, and/or third-party management. * Knowledge of materials planning, inventory management, receiving, warehousing, line feeding, shipping, transportation, and logistics KPIs. * Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and in KPI management and continuous improvement tools. * Fluent English. * Analytical, collaborative, results-oriented profile with influence capability, priority management, decision-making skills, and ability to work integrally with national and global functions. **Why Join Us?** ---------------------------- **Make Real Impact**: Your work will directly shape our processes, products, and profitability. **Advance Your Career**: We invest in your success through leadership development and advancement opportunities. **Work with the Best**: Join a passionate, motivated team committed to excellence and innovation. **Competitive Benefits**: We offer a robust compensation and benefits package supporting your growth and well-being.
