Then apply now to our selection process! **Join TPC Intelligent Logistics!** --------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead the logistics operational team directly, overseeing daily routines including receiving, picking, checking, warehousing, and shipping of materials. Ensure adherence to operational processes, internal procedures, safety regulations, and operational targets. Assign tasks and balance team workload to optimize productivity, quality, and on-time delivery. Monitor operational KPIs daily, such as productivity and service level. Track team absenteeism, monitoring absences and tardiness, recording incidents, reporting to management, and supporting control and reduction initiatives. Provide operational support to the team, guiding correct task execution and clarifying doubts. Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards, maintaining workplace organization and sound operational practices. Support training, onboarding, and follow-up of new employees, ensuring alignment with logistics processes. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and report suggestions to immediate leadership. Act as the liaison between the operational team and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of operational demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management (preferred, currently in progress) Knowledge of logistics routines: receiving, warehousing, picking, checking, and shipping. Experience with management systems (ERP/WMS) for operational control and KPI tracking.
