Cable laying project management 3. Team development and supervision PROCISA DO BRASIL is seeking a Team Leader to work in the Cable Laying area in the city of BOTUCATU. The candidate must have experience in reading and interpreting project documents, performing aerial and underground cable laying, strand installation, pole equipment mounting, duct construction, and team management. They will be responsible for coordinating the cable laying team, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and service quality. Requirements: * Completed high school education or technical training in Telecommunications; * Proven experience in team leadership within the Cable Laying field; * Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting project documents; * Skills in aerial and underground cable laying, strand splicing, pole equipment mounting, and duct construction; * Team management skills; * Availability for flexible working hours and travel; * Must reside in BOTUCATU. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the cable laying team in the field; * Ensure adherence to schedule and service quality; * Monitor team performance, promoting training and personnel development; * Conduct technical inspections and prepare project progress reports; * Ensure team and field equipment safety; * Hold meetings with the team, clients, and suppliers.
