We are seeking a Laboratory Technician II to work in a clinical laboratory environment, ensuring the execution of technical processes with quality, safety, and compliance with the company's internal and regulatory standards.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Prepare, triage, process, and analyze biological samples;
* Operate, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on laboratory equipment;
* Execute technical procedures in accordance with biosafety and quality standards;
* Support internal quality control and documentation of non-conformities;
* Ensure traceability and organization of samples and materials;
* Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams and interface with clinical areas;
* Comply with protocols, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
### **Requirements**
* Completed Technical Course in Clinical Analyses, Clinical Pathology, Biotechnology, or related fields; currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
* Active professional council registration, where applicable;
* Prior experience in laboratory routine;
* Knowledge of automated equipment and laboratory systems;
* Knowledge of biosafety standards and quality control;
* Availability to work on rotating shifts.

* Experience in high-volume laboratories;
* Experience with laboratory automation;
* Knowledge of quality indicators and laboratory accreditations.
