Compliance with quality and safety standards The **Kitchen Assistant** is responsible for supporting meal preparation activities and daily kitchen operational routines, ensuring organization, hygiene, food safety, and necessary team support in accordance with company standards and procedures. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in food pre-preparation (washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing); * Support meal preparation and finishing according to the cook’s instructions; * Perform cleaning of utensils, equipment, and operational areas; * Maintain kitchen and workplace cleanliness and organization; * Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies; * Strictly comply with Good Food Handling Practices and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual (GMPM); * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Properly dispose of waste in accordance with internal and environmental regulations; * Support production control, leftovers, and waste management; * Work in compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards. ### **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organization, agility, and teamwork Benefits: * Meal allowance: R$ 290.00 * Double food basket * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance (Car: R$ 0.60/km or Motorcycle: R$ 0.30/km) * On-site meals (R$ 1.32/month deduction) * Co-payment medical plan * Co-payment dental plan * Life insurance * Pharmacy discount program (payroll deduction) Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level) Desired Education: Elementary Education (1st level)
