




Job Summary: This role involves assisting the chef in meal preparation, ensuring organization, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations, with attention to detail and teamwork. Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices Position: Kitchen Assistant Activities you will learn and perform: Assist the chef in preparing meals, sauces, and rotisserie side dishes; Assist in cutting, portioning, and pre\-preparation of meats, pasta, vegetables, and other ingredients; Follow technical specifications and quality standards in food preparation; Assemble and organize trays, meal boxes, and packaging for display and delivery; Ensure cleaning, sanitization, and organization of utensils, work surfaces, and equipment; Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices; Work with attention to detail, responsibility, agility, and team spirit.
