Equipment and kitchen organization and cleaning ### **KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- CNPEM Unit \- Campinas/SP** ### **Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off \- Monday to Friday** ### **Shifts: 06:00 AM to 3:48 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:48 PM\.** ### ***Accommodation provided by the company.*** *Assist in proper sanitation, up to supporting food and meal preparation and assembly under the Cook’s supervision. Responsible for ensuring safe food, aiming at customer health and well-being.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform pre-preparation of vegetables and produce, analyzing menu preparations under the cook’s supervision. * Perform pre-preparation and assembly of salads, both raw and cooked, according to the day’s menu. * Ensure sanitation of all utensils used in meal preparations, organizing them properly in their designated locations. * Perform daily cleaning of machines and equipment, such as juicers and bottles. * Follow the scheduled cleaning and sanitation plan for equipment, including electric ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and thermal counters, as well as internal and external cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant. * Maintain restaurant organization, appropriately stocking tables. * Restock food, salads, and desserts during meal times. * Assist in tray, plate, and cutlery return, ensuring correct disposal of food and non-food waste when necessary. * Provide assistance in preparing snacks and customized dishes. * Collect food samples as required. * Strictly comply with company procedures per the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual. **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Attendance bonus * Accommodation * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Health plan after 6 months of employment * SESC or SESI partnership * Wellhub (formerly GYMPASS) **We value diversity:** *People with Disabilities (PCDs) are welcome here.* *Send your resume.* Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Willingness to travel Willingness to relocate * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (Gympass) * SESC or SESI partnership * Attendance bonus * Meal allowance * Medical assistance after 6 months of employment
