Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. Job Description: **Job Summary:** We are seeking a professional to work in the kitchen area as part of our operational support team. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing utensils such as pots, cutlery, plates, and other items, as well as assisting with cleaning and maintenance of other areas of the facility. **Main Responsibilities:** * Wash, sanitize, and organize plates, glasses, cutlery, and other utensils; * Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards; * Support inventory control, restocking, and proper use of cleaning materials and supplies; * Assist in closing kitchen and dining area operations, ensuring the environment is properly prepared for the next shift. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work the scheduled hours; * Agility, organization, and attention to detail; * Easy access to the Vila da Serra neighborhood; * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan with 50% of the monthly premium subsidized by the company, including co-payment; * Dental insurance plan at no cost to the employee; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM – Rotating 12x36 schedule. **Compensation:** * Fixed monthly salary of R$ 1.621,00; * Average monthly commission of approximately R$ 400,00; * Additional earnings potential based on performance and achievement of targets.
