Join us in all of this—and in our #OurPlusWayOfBeing **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in meetings with users to gather functional requirements and specify use cases, ensuring transparency throughout the development process; * Evaluate technical prerequisites developed by coordinators and/or end users to meet systemic needs; * Prepare functional analyses for system development, clearly conveying requirements to other staff members; * Develop technical documentation to ensure project feasibility and guarantee project excellence; * Ensure that developed solutions comply with departmental standards to support system maturity; * Conduct database research and testing to prevent logical errors and system slowdowns; * Create database solutions (scripts and stored procedures) to optimize performance where applicable; * Document systems developed or under development and update such information in internal systems; * Design projects for technological solution development; * Monitor solutions post-implementation to ensure optimal performance; * Deliver presentations, implement, train, and support developed systems under the supervision of coordinators and/or senior analysts; * Lead projects involving programming teams; * Fulfill coordination requests for external activities (e.g., travel) as needed; * Gather and analyze business and system requirements from clients and users; * Analyze and understand work processes, map activity flows, identify failures and bottlenecks, and propose improvements to internal procedures using technological solutions and project development; * Comply with all principles and conduct criteria outlined in the Administrative Compliance Manual — SPDM’s Policies and Principles of Integrity; * Execute institutional responsibilities regarding personal data protection practices — LGPD; * Carry out area/department activities in accordance with instructions from the immediate manager and institutional standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum one year of proven experience in the field; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in a relevant area; * Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database languages is desirable. **Additional Information** * Fully on-site position; * Location: South Zone of São Paulo; * Monday through Friday. Since its inception, **PAIS** has sought, in partnership with public administration, to expand and consolidate health services offered to SUS users.
