Casa Trade Marketing is seeking a professional to work as a **RELATIONSHIP CONSULTANT**. If you identify with this purpose, join our team and build success cases with us! **Key responsibilities and activities include:** * Increase sell-out and brand visibility through excellence in point-of-sale (PDV) execution * Absorb and implement merchandising concepts, projects, and planograms * Implement POP materials * Ensure PDV execution in accordance with each retail chain’s guidelines and agreements * Execute basic restocking/merchandising concepts (stock replenishment | cleaning and restocking | POP material implementation | surveys | pricing, among others) * Negotiate differentiated in-store spaces and displays (window displays | store entrances | gondola ends | islands and stacks | checkout areas | among others) * Collect PDV information. * Deliver training to sales staff and/or counter attendants **Job requirements:** * Prior experience as Sales Promoter/Merchandiser, Technical Consultant, Trainer, or in related fields. * Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., Umov.me) * Knowledge of trade marketing and merchandising * Knowledge of point-of-sale campaign activation * Completed High School education * Microsoft Office Suite – Excel – Basic level, PowerPoint – Basic level. **Behavioral competencies required for this role:** * Innovation * Effective Communication * Emotional Intelligence * Engagement * Results Orientation * Service Orientation **Working Hours:** Rotating **5x2 schedule** [Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM] **ROUTE:** Fortaleza region Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Corporate University * Transportation Allowance (VT) * University Discounts * Meal Allowance (VA) * Medical Assistance * Life Insurance * Dental Assistance * Food Voucher (VR) * Language Courses
