**Responsibilities and Duties**
Implement people selection solutions in alignment with Human Resources policies, advising leadership and actively supporting recruitment and selection activities—with the goal of employee retention and engagement.
Manage internal and external selection processes from job opening to closure, administering and analyzing both technical assessments and psychological and behavioral tests, issuing evaluations on candidate profiles, and providing appropriate observations and recommendations regarding candidate suitability (or lack thereof) for the position applied for (internal mobility and external hiring).
Support internal clients during candidate evaluation for positions within their departments, acting consultatively and systemically with a People Management perspective.
Maintain records of contacted candidates and those participating in selection processes—including their source—to support departmental metrics.
Oversee the onboarding process for approved candidates across all stages—from pre-employment medical examinations through the first 90 days of their probationary period (Onboarding).
Conduct exit interviews with former employees during the offboarding process, documenting feedback to contribute to institutional internal improvements.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (completed or currently enrolled);
Preferred: Postgraduate studies in Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields (enrolled or completed);
Experience in Recruitment and Selection;
Behavioral assessment and Psychology expertise;
Competency-based interviewing;
Active CRP registration (Regional Psychology Council license).
