Maintain and improve Quality procedures Yosen \| Ribeirão Preto \- SP \| On-site Job Description Temporary position to cover maternity leave in the Quality Control area, focusing on executing operational and analytical activities related to process, raw material, and finished product control, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at Yosen. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct quality inspections during production, verifying weight, batch number, expiry date, and product characteristics; * Collect samples of raw materials and finished products; * Perform physicochemical analyses and tests on raw materials, packaging, and products; * Prepare and update technical documents such as technical specifications, test reports, analysis reports, and records; * Manage raw materials and products in the ERP system; * Support internal audits related to cleaning, organization, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Contribute to maintaining and improving Quality procedures and work instructions. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Prior experience of 2–3 years in Quality Control routines; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of applicable Quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with the Totvs Protheus system. * Experience in laboratory analyses and production process control. * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa Diagram, Six Sigma).
