Discover more about the characteristics of this position below—and good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Process purchase requests for general school supplies; * Receive purchase requests via the system and organize item lists for consolidated purchasing; * Understand specific procurement needs of internal customers (Educators) and prospect specialized suppliers; * Create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in the company’s system; * Monitor the approval process for urgent orders within the system; * Record educator budget debits in the internal system (Spreadsheet); * Prospect new suppliers across all areas (Pedagogical/Administrative); * Conduct follow-ups to verify delivery timelines; * Organize and control inventory of pedagogical materials, cleaning supplies, and pantry items; * Receive materials, verifying quantity, technical specifications, and product/material quality; * Provide service and deliver materials at the school supply store; * Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policy—both personally and by internal customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Profile** * Organized; * Proactive; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Planner and executor. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles; * Completed Technical Course or currently enrolled in a Higher Education program in administration. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * 100% subsidized meals for employees at the workplace, including breakfast and lunch * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * Profit Sharing (PLR): percentage defined in the collective labor agreement (single annual payment) * SESC: free membership extended to dependents (spouse and children) * TotalPass, with option to include up to 3 dependents * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher: optional, with a 6% deduction from the nominal salary (in accordance with Law No. 7,619) * Christmas Gift Card worth R$ 250.00 * C4Life: free assistance covering emotional, legal, financial, social, and pet-related support * Wellz by Wellhub: up to 12 online therapy sessions per year at no cost With six decades of pioneering work in education, the SEB Group has established itself as a vibrant, multicultural global community grounded in educational excellence.
