




**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for daily restocking of cabinets in the dispensing room; * Responsible for replenishing supplies and medications in hemodialysis rooms; * Responsible for processing prescription batches for chronic and acute (ICU) patients in the Hospital Management System (Tasy), according to electronic prescriptions. * Responsible for separating shifts and assembling kits according to medical prescriptions, identification protocols, and established criteria. * Responsible for dispensing kits into hemodialysis machines; * Responsible for dispensing urgent supply and medication requests for chronic and acute (ICU) patients; * Responsible for identifying (unitization process) medications and supplies to ensure batch traceability, according to established criteria; * Responsible for checking the expiration date control of all medications and supplies in the unit; * Responsible for recording refrigerator and ambient temperature controls; * Responsible for counting medications classified under Curve A and Curve B at each shift handover; * Responsible for cleaning and organizing pharmacy department sections according to established criteria. * Participate in unit inventories as directed by supervisors; * Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisors; * Report any deviations identified in processes or products to immediate supervisors to ensure Pharmacovigilance and Technovigilance actions. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably in hemodialysis. * Knowledge of the Tasy system will be considered an advantage. * Availability to work as a relief staff member (night shift). * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule, from 11:00 to 19:20.
