This is our mission!** The Trade Marketing department is currently conducting a selection process for the position of Junior Merchandising Supervisor. The Trade Marketing department is responsible for strategy implementation related to product turnover, product demonstrations, end-customer engagement, market replenishment, and providing sector-relevant data. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise promoters during their daily POS routines—providing guidance, conducting visits, and verifying execution of pricing, cleaning, product placement, and customer approaches—to increase product visibility and daily sales turnover; * Monitor daily the team’s assigned routes and which customers are being visited. * Track and follow up with the team on entering survey data using the designated app, analyzing check-in, check-out, route completion, product arrival, stock levels, expiration dates, pricing, etc., to meet targets at points of sale (daily); * Develop the team by delivering feedback and disseminating directives set by management to align behaviors and promote process quality within the department (daily); * Control adherence to promoters’ scheduled routes, complying with instructions from management, the Intelligence Department, and HR, to maximize departmental productivity (daily); * Propose in-store promotional actions to the immediate supervisor; * Purchase necessary items for promotional activities, sourcing suppliers offering the best prices, to execute the defined strategy for increasing POS sales volume (weekly); * Negotiate additional shelf space at points of sale, maintaining consistent relationships with store managers to achieve optimal product positioning (weekly); * Measure and present results of implemented POS activities to the immediate supervisor, consolidating data on costs, sales, and visibility, to equip the company with actionable insights and support sales planning (monthly); * Support and oversee the setup of extra display areas, negotiating space with clients and collaborating with sales promoters to design creative layouts to boost sales (monthly); * Apply disciplinary measures—with HR support—to address inappropriate behavior and foster appropriate conduct among staff (occasional); * Participate in HR and SESMT processes—including recruitment, training, development, offboarding, organizational climate, and leadership—to achieve expected outcomes through people (occasional); * Perform other duties related to the role as requested by immediate management. * Event Activities: Participate in events for customer acquisition and product sales; Receive event-related requests from sales consultants/sales representatives or the marketing team; Prepare and procure materials/products required for events; Monitor logistics of event materials/products; Prepare performance reports and measure event reach. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields; Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B); Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Familiarity with the Involves platform is a plus; Willingness to travel; Willingness to cover cities across the interior of Goiás state: Itumbiara, Rio Verde, Goianésia, Anápolis, Jataí, Catalão, Mineiros, Caldas Novas, Senador Canedo, and others; Willingness to participate in events (evening hours); Commercial calculations; Execution at the point of sale; Practical experience in people management. **Benefits:** Dental care plan, Corporate mobile phone, Pharmacy benefits program, Birthday Day Off, Internal company events, Product kit, SESC partnership, SESI partnership, University partnerships, Health insurance plan, Variable compensation, Meal/voucher allowance, Transportation voucher, Company vehicle
