**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System, guaranteeing updates to Quality Assurance procedures and matters related to Good Hygiene Practices;
* Conduct Internal Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) Audits;
* Support and develop communication activities across internal and external channels;
* Collaborate with production areas to reduce consumer complaints, report KPIs, follow up on action plans, and support existing projects;
* Ensure implementation of the environmental monitoring plan regarding hygiene practice and pathogen indicators, implementing corrective actions when necessary, in coordination with other departments/areas of the plant;
* Ensure execution and management of the plant zoning program, including hazard analysis to establish zoning rules and documentation of verification;
* Participate in plant change management as the Quality Assurance representative;
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and existing certifications;
* Participate in traceability tests at the plant, ensuring adherence to the established schedule and action plans for improvement;
* Ensure proper design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the integrated pest management system. Serve as the point of contact for pest management service providers;
* Promote hygiene/quality awareness throughout the plant by actively participating in communication meetings and actively engaging in hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training for plant personnel and third parties;
* Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pest control measures at the plant;
* Participate in plant investigations related to product quality deviations, supporting root cause identification, action plan development, and effectiveness verification measures.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
