Job Summary: An HR professional to handle Recruitment and Selection, onboarding, organizational climate, internal communication, as well as supporting inclusion programs and analyzing HR metrics. Inclusion initiatives for persons with disabilities (PCDs) and apprentices **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in at least one of the following areas is desirable: Training, Performance Evaluation, Compensation (Job Evaluation and Salary). * Experience in retail or building materials sectors is desirable. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Support Recruitment and Selection processes, including resume screening, candidate outreach, test administration, and conducting technical and behavioral interviews—ensuring alignment with defined profiles and enhancing hiring quality. * Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all stages of the welcome program are completed, institutional materials are delivered, and new professionals adapt effectively to company culture. * Manage organizational climate and internal communication initiatives—maintaining communication channels, supporting internal campaigns, and fostering active listening among teams through conversations and assistance in interpreting climate survey results. * Support inclusion initiatives for persons with disabilities (PCDs) and apprentices—liaising with local institutions, monitoring adaptation progress, and ensuring compliance with legal quotas and the company’s social commitments. * Monitor HR metrics for Internal Services, updating spreadsheets and systems, contributing simple analyses and operational reports to inform decisions regarding climate, turnover, working hours, and team development.
