Through the **E\-commerce Analyst** position, the goal is to support the management and optimization of the online store's product catalog and customer database, contributing to the quality and accuracy of information in order to improve sales performance and customer experience. **Position for business unit:** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register products in the system—including name, description, price, images, and categories—under direct supervision. * Assist in auditing and updating existing product information, such as prices and specifications, to ensure data consistency. * Support the maintenance and organization of the product database on the e\-commerce platform. * Help classify products into categories and apply tags to improve store navigability. * Assist in monitoring inventory levels, updating available quantities under guidance. * Provide support in responding to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and availability. * Track basic product catalog metrics—such as views and sales—to generate supporting reports. * Identify and report registration inconsistencies and errors, collaborating on corrective actions.
