We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with an interest in people development to join our team as a **Junior Human Resources and Organizational Development Analyst**. If you enjoy working with training, development programs, and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Support the planning, organization, and delivery of in-person and online training, ensuring necessary logistics for implementation of development activities; * Manage administrative aspects of training, including attendance tracking, record organization, and updating information in learning management systems (LMS) or platforms; * Provide operational support and follow-up for development programs, onboarding of new employees, and organizational culture initiatives; * Assist in developing and organizing training materials, certificates, presentations, and other resources used in capacity-building activities; * Contribute to communication regarding training and development activities among employees and managers; * Support the administration and compilation of training evaluations and internal surveys; * Assist in monitoring departmental metrics by organizing data and information related to training participation and development activities; * Contribute to preparing departmental reports and presentations, supporting analysis of results and opportunities for improvement. **Interested?!
