Main Responsibilities Provide customer service via phone and WhatsApp. Identify customer profiles and deliver personalized service. Update and correct registration data in the system. Activate lead registrations and conduct follow-up contacts. Inform customers about unavailable items or order cancellations. Communicate rejected order situations. Request documentation for credit analysis when necessary. Request updates to registration data, such as email address changes. Prepare product or service quotations as required. Requirements Completed high school education. Prior experience in administrative tasks or customer service. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
