Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We count on you to:** * Read and interpret clinical protocols with technical team support, ensuring proper understanding of instructions and operational requirements; * Perform, under technical supervision, activities related to conducting clinical studies, including verification, processing, aliquoting, and storage of biological samples; * Package samples according to established protocols, with initial supervision when applicable; * Execute study period consolidations according to schedule and standard operating procedures; * Package and dispatch samples to the analytical stage, ensuring integrity and traceability criteria, per technical team instructions; * Support material preparation and participate in internal meetings as operationally required, always aligned with technical leads; * Monitor equipment temperatures and perform defrosting according to established routine; * Maintain control and organization of forms, ensuring correct identification and traceability of study documents; * Maintain organization of the clinical laboratory environment and replenishment of continuously used materials; * Perform concurrent cleaning of equipment and surfaces (freezers, centrifuges, workbenches), in compliance with biosafety protocols; * Prepare for hospitalizations and conduct studies, with continuous technical supervision support; * Dispatch backup samples to the analytical stage, per instructions from the responsible team; * Maintain updated activity records, ensuring traceability under guidance; * Communicate relevant information to leadership during shift handovers, incidents, and maintenance needs; * Open maintenance and technical incident tickets, per received instructions; * Periodically verify emergency shower functionality, per defined routine. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed technical training and/or undergraduate degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Analysis, Biology, or related fields); * Ability to complete forms, laboratory logbooks, and reports; * Organization and material control skills; * Knowledge of and experience with biosafety standards and proper use of PPE. **It will be considered an advantage if you have:** * Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Basic English; * Course on Regulation of Biological Materials Transport (IATA); * Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques. **Additional Information** **Work Unit:** * Campinas/SP. **Work Schedule:** * 12x36 \- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM **What benefits do we offer?** * Transportation allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health insurance plan with no monthly cost to the employee, with co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental plan with co-payment for monthly fee; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * SESC partnership; * Physical health program \- TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare professionals; * Childcare allowance (per internal policy).
