Job Summary: Perform cleaning and maintenance services for the company's internal premises, ensuring appropriate hygiene and organization in areas restricted to employees. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning of administrative rooms, offices, and internal common areas. 2. Sanitization of restrooms and locker rooms exclusively for employees. 3. Maintaining the preservation of equipment and materials. Job Description: Perform cleaning and maintenance services for the company's internal premises, ensuring appropriate hygiene and organization in areas restricted to employees. Duties and Responsibilities Clean administrative rooms, offices, and internal common areas; Sanitize restrooms exclusively for employees; Clean internal locker rooms, maintaining organization and restocking supplies; Collect general waste (non-contaminated garbage), properly containing it; Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels); Use household cleaning products and those provided by the company; Maintain the preservation of equipment and materials used in the job; Follow the company's safety and hygiene guidelines. Working Conditions Activities performed indoors at the company; Cleaning of restrooms and locker rooms restricted to employees, with no access by external visitors; No contact with urban, hospital, or high-risk biological waste; Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required. Requirements Elementary education (preferred); Prior cleaning experience is a plus; Organization and responsibility.
