Someone who adapts easily to change and, above all, enjoys collaborative, team-based work. **IT – PRODUCT COORDINATOR** ----------------------------------- **What is your role in building this path?** * Support the development process by identifying technical needs to ensure deliveries align with the contracted scope; * Be accountable for the team’s performance results and people management; * Team management and development (hiring, offboarding, feedback, 1:1 meetings, Individual Development Plans); * Represent the company with clients/suppliers; * Serve as liaison with various DOT departments, reporting necessary information to support business progress; * Identify and implement market trends applicable to current contracts to maximize their execution; * Produce content for corporate communications, events, awards, and national and international publications for DOT and its clients; **What experience do we expect from you?** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields; * Experience managing technology teams; * Solid experience in software development; * Solid experience with Kanban, Agile Methodologies, and Scrum; * Experience developing and controlling project budgets/costs/timelines for software projects; * Experience with high-availability and scalable solutions; * Experience in projects involving diverse architectures; **It would be amazing if you already have:** * Experience in EdTech; * Experience with education-sector products; * Experience with AI initiatives.
