Technical, analytical, and problem-solving profile IT Analyst (TOTVS ERP Focus) – On-site **Engebag**, an industry specializing in the manufacturing of Big Bags, is seeking an **IT Analyst** to support the company’s systems and technological infrastructure. We seek a professional with a technical and analytical profile and experience in a structured corporate environment. Responsibilities: * Administration and support for TOTVS ERP modules * Configuration, access authorization, and user support * Opening and tracking technical support tickets with TOTVS * Analyzing and correcting system inconsistencies * Supporting interdepartmental integration (Tax, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and HR) * Infrastructure support (network, servers, and workstations) * Backup, permission management, and best practices for information security Mandatory Requirements: * Practical experience with TOTVS ERP * Experience providing user support in a corporate environment * Knowledge of database (basic/intermediate SQL) * Knowledge of networks and infrastructure * Analytical profile and focus on problem solving * Availability for 100% on-site work * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology Preferred Qualifications: * Industrial experience * Knowledge of module integration (Tax, Inventory, Finance, Production) * Participation in system implementations **Location:** Limeira/SP Free shuttle service, medical plan, meal allowance, breakfast, pharmacy card **Employment Type:** CLT – On-site Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.864,18 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
