The role aims to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the continuous growth and success of the gym network. * Responsibilities: * Assist in organizing and maintaining the gym environment, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and pleasant for student use. * Support front-desk activities, greeting customers courteously and providing information about services offered. * Help supervise and care for equipment, reporting any maintenance needs to responsible personnel. * Participate in gym-organized events and initiatives, contributing to activity promotion and community engagement. * Collaborate with the team to achieve established goals and objectives, providing feedback on customer experience. * Qualifications: * General knowledge of customer service and effective communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn and develop within the field. * Organizational skills and attention to detail, contributing to a positive and productive environment. * Educational qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Physical Education. * Professional experience: Prior experience in customer service or similar roles will be considered an advantage. Candidates who have completed internships or gained experience in public-facing environments are preferred. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Practical knowledge of customer service and familiarity with gym equipment usage will be an advantage.
