Your responsibilities will include: Developing automations using Python and RPA tools; Creating and optimizing advanced Excel routines, including macros, complex formulas, and dashboards; Managing, structuring, and manipulating databases in MS Access; Identifying process improvements and proposing automated solutions; Contributing to maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of existing automations; Partnering with internal teams to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements. Required Qualifications: Solid experience in VBA (Excel and Access); Advanced Excel (Power Query is a plus); Knowledge of MS Access (queries, macros, table structure, relationships); Familiarity with automation methodologies and best development practices; Basic programming knowledge in Python (data manipulation, task automation; libraries such as Pandas/NumPy are advantageous). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with RPA tools (Low-Code and Full-Code); Knowledge of databases (SQL); Experience with system integration routines; Experience in BPO, operations, or digital transformation teams.
