This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF). **PROOF:** Copy of the professional identification card issued by the relevant Regional Council. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the respective council will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in developing and implementing sports and leisure projects for diverse audiences. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected.
