**WORK IN A METALWORKING AND WINDOW/DOOR MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY** **Responsibilities:** * Define installation schedules, plan and organize work fronts. * Assign tasks among installers and assistants within the team. * Verify materials and tools before field activities commence. * Monitor the installation of doors, windows, façades, and other architectural glazing systems. * Ensure measurements, alignments, and technical finishes are correct. * Instruct the team on appropriate techniques and proper equipment usage. * Coordinate, motivate, and train new operational team members. * Resolve internal conflicts and maintain a productive work environment. * Verify that work complies with technical standards, company specifications, and proper use of PPE. * Conduct final inspections on projects prior to definitive handover to the client. * Maintain clear communication and report progress to engineers, architects, and clients. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or technical qualification in Construction/related fields. * Experience supervising field teams (construction sites or technical installations). * Willingness to undertake business travel. **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 4\.000,00 \+ Meal Allowance \+ Transportation Allowance **Location and Work Schedule:** * Based in Lauro de Freitas \- BA (with external assignments and travel). * Monday to Friday, standard business hours
