Education and Experience * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with generalist exposure to Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), Performance Management, Employee Transfers, and routine HR/Personnel Department support activities; * Preferred experience in industrial companies or medium-sized organizations implementing continuous improvement practices and Lean culture. The Human Resources Analyst will support and execute People Management routines, ensuring process standardization, timely delivery, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. The role requires close collaboration with other departments and managers to drive continuous process improvement and strengthen organizational culture. Key responsibilities include: * Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes—from job requisition to onboarding. * Organizing and delivering new employee onboarding, ensuring timely provision of materials, system access, and record updates. * Supporting offboarding processes and exit interviews, maintaining compliant records and evidence. * Contributing to Training & Development by supporting needs assessments, scheduling, tracking recertifications, recording training data, and monitoring competency metrics. * Assisting in performance evaluation cycles—including evaluation configuration, follow-up on Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and consolidation of results. * Maintaining up-to-date job position, salary, and personnel movement records—ensuring compliance with internal policies and collective bargaining agreements. * Supporting Personnel Administration and Benefits administration routines. * Contributing to internal marketing and communication initiatives to enhance workplace climate and employee engagement. * Populating HR metrics and controls, ensuring traceability, data quality, and LGPD compliance.
